Although the Slimming World diet does not specifically mention Weight Watchers wraps, we can make an educated guess based on the information that is available. Based on the information we have, we would estimate that there are approximately 5 syns in each Weight Watchers wrap. This is because each wrap contains approximately 100 calories, and we know that one syn is equal to 20 calories. Therefore, 5 syns would be equal to 100 calories, which is the number of calories in one Weight Watchers wrap. Of course, this is just an estimate, and the actual number of syns in Weight Watchers wraps may be slightly different. However, this should give you a general idea of how many syns are in these popular diet wraps. At 6 syns for one wrap, you can have up to two weight watchers wrapson the slimming world plan before using all your 15 syn daily allowance making them fairly high in syns.
